Vilmate company is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager.

Vilmate LLC has been creating software for businesses across various industries since 2012. With a team of 120+ skilled professionals, we provide services in software development, design, testing, audits, and turnkey projects. E-commerce is one of our key strengths, but we also excel in many other fields. We have offices in Kyiv and Warsaw, providing convenient access for meetings with clients from Western Europe and North America.

About the project:

You will join Vilmate company, not a particular project.

Responsibilities:

• Risk management — highlight possible risks, mitigate/accept/suggest workarounds.
• Improve existing processes and set new ones from scratch.
• Manage scope, budgets, and timelines of Vilmate’s projects.
• Manage internal client communications for multiple large-scale development efforts.
• Anticipate client needs, investigate and propose alternative technical solutions to clients through internal and external consulting and technical research.
• Regular reporting and internal billing process management.
• monitor all business and functional requirements for tests and test cases and assist in resolving all issues.
• Coordinate with developers to provide effective feedback.

Requirements:

• English — Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• 2+ years of project management experience in a software development environment.
• Technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure, tools, and processes.
• Proven practical team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills, analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and related skills.

As a plus:

• Knowledge of Active Directory and project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.
