• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, contacting, interviewing, background checks, selection, and hiring;
• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms;
• Ensure active search of candidates using different sources and search techniques;
• Planning, organizing and conducting interviews;
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities;
• Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements;
• Create and extend the recruiting pipeline, maintain the database of candidates and recruitment related reports;
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
