Responsible for handling inbound/outbound Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) between
Conducts testing and handles relevant documents, and networking with partners. Works closely with 3rd Party ERP and EDI service provider and customers to solve a range of problems or complete the set-up of new customers or document types.
Responsible for insuring the EDI program is working as intended. This position does not require the need to build or code the EDI transaction to complete EDI mapping.
Reviews and approve all 850/856/810 and other transactions and processes, must understand the Customers specifications and troubleshoot errors quickly.
We have our warehouse on the West Coast, this position will require processing ASN’s past the EST hours
5+ years with EDI Processing, Customer Service, Supply Chain
Familiar with GS1 standards for retail EDI documents including but not limited to 850, 855, 860, 856, 810, 852, 846, 753, 754 and 832.
Knowledge of customer specific selling requirements/programs in consumer goods industry preferred.
Experience in problem Solving and following up with various parties involved to identify and resolve problems with efficient follow up
Demonstrated experience positively collaborating with customers and cross functional business partners
Working knowledge of EDI and ERP systems
Proven ability to make decisions with minimal supervision
Bachelor’s degree and relevant EDI Processing experience
Well organized with focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
Demonstrated analytical skills to be able to come up with creative and flexible solutions
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in an efficient and timely manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Willingness to learn.
