Vostok Games is looking for an experienced Character Technical Animator to create animation rigs for characters and environment objects. To do that, you will collaborate with animators, programmers and game designers.
You will also create auxiliary tools for animators, help to create and integrate animations, and work with MoCap and frame-by-frame animation.
Responsibilities:
- Create animations with a good sense of physics and realistic movement
- Quickly produce prototype animations
- Embed animations into the gaming environment
- Communicate with other artists in different departments to help produce the highest quality animations
Requirements:
- Demo reel with high-quality animations made by yourself
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Python, MEL, MAXScript
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine 4/5
- Knowledge and understanding MetaHuman
- An excellent understanding of technologies for rigging characters and objects for videogames
