Необхідні навички

• At least 1-2 years of experience as Talent Acquisition specialist (IT experience is a must, but if you feel you’re #verybusy person even with less experience — feel free to try your luck, we’re always open to chat with motivated people
• Good understanding of the Ukrainian IT market
• Candidates active searching experience (Linkedin, GitHub, Twitter, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, proactivity, flexibility and sales skills
• Experience in conducting HR interviews
• Sense of initiative, attention to details and good communication skills
• Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
