— 7+ years of experience in operations management or a related field — managing diverse teams, optimizing systems and processes, developing best practices and procedures, and achieving operational goals.
— Experience managing multiple locations at an international company.
— Knowledge of Ukraine’s business laws: contract law, employment law, currency regulations.
— Basic finance and accounting knowledge is a must.
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence stakeholders, and inspire teammates.
— Proven leadership and people management skills. Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get stuff done side by side with the team.

— Represent the company in local communities and public authority bodies when needed. Foster good relationships with the government orgs and ensure compliance with regulatory and the country’s laws. Help HR manage all employee and business process compliance activity for Lviv and Kyiv locations.
— Develop internal controls and policies designed to ensure that all compliance needs are met.
— Talent marketing (helping attract, recruit, hire, coach, and retain top talent in the respective locations).
— Communicate and report on locations health to the executive team on a regular basis.
— Vendor management (manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors in Ukraine as required).
— Support Finance team to ensure the effective functioning of the company. Look for ways to improve efficiency and optimize financial metrics.
— Manage the country’s operational budget and make sure funds are used efficiently and financial objectives are constantly met.
— Perform other duties and responsibilities as asked.

You’ll play a vital role in all aspects of the business, including managing local operations and partnering with our Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and HR teams to deliver on goals and scale best practices.
