We are looking for a talented and devoted Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate is hungry and excited about the startup space, has exceptional enthusiasm about searching, recruiting and hiring people. Here you’ll have a good chance to learn how a product company works and see your ideas for improvement come to life.

Requirements:
— 4+ years of proven recruiting experience, with at least 2 years recruiting for the senior technical roles;
— Work experience in sourcing, coordinating, screening, and interviewing candidates;
— Ability to attract candidates using various sources and manage multiple communication channels;
— Ability to positively present our company and opportunities to potential candidates;
— Experience working with any popular Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
— Passion for research, data, analytics and a creative approach to sourcing;
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
— Effective time-management abilities and strong decision-making skills;
— Stress resistance and flexibility;
— Good spoken and written English (At least upper-intermediate level).

— Generate robust candidate pipeline for technical (and some non-technical) roles through disciplined, measured, and customized outreach strategies including personal network, LinkedIn/Github/Quora, social media, professional communities, events where applicable;
— Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience;
— Work with the executive team and hiring managers to understand new roles’ requirements and translating them into appealing job descriptions;
— Prioritize hiring needs and build a smooth hiring process to ensure the best candidates join our team;
— Ensure a seamless new employee onboarding experience;
— Work closely with VGS HR/R team to ensure recruitment results meet business requirements;
— Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to hiring managers and HR leadership on a regular basis.
