Very Good Security Inc. is looking for an HR Generalist to streamline the daily talent operations to ensure goals are achieved and milestones are hit on time. This is a unique opportunity to join a global company that stands behind almost every secure transaction in the world.

As an HR Generalist, you will be involved in talent operations planning, hiring and HR management. You will engage in various people processes and work with different directions across the company.

Your Core responsibilities:

— Oversee HR related projects for Ukrainian and US offices;
— Regularly interface with employees to develop an awareness of employee-related issues and opportunities;
— Prepare, publish and promote vacancies;
— Active&passive search of candidates;
— Drive the whole hiring process (starting from the first contact to job offer);
— Write feedbacks and reports on the interviewed candidates;
— Onboarding and adaptation of newcomers;
— Constant improvement of hiring process;
— Get the work done. Experiment :)

Skills And experience we’re looking for:

— Experience in recruiting 2+ years;
— Hands-on experience in HR is a plus;
— Technology awareness;
— Stellar communication skills;
— Strong English speaking skills;
— Super-fast learner;
— Assertiveness;
— Proactivity.

— Understands technology and technical roles. Has a good understanding of how IT market works in Ukraine, US talent market awareness is a huge benefit;
— Realizes that every interview and message to a candidate has an impact on company’s image (doesn’t use the auto-reply messages). Constantly builds and contributes to the company’s positive employer brand;
— Follows up with long-term candidates in the pipeline. Builds credibility and keeps the candidates either coming back to you or sending referrals to you. Showing interest in their professional development by inviting to relevant events, sending relevant content or announcements (articles, blog posts, etc.) or introducing to own network;
— Needs little to no guidance, comes up with ideas, sets realistic deadlines and gets things done as a part of the team or on their own;
— Is detail-oriented: reads the job description fully, then adds Ulyana Falach on LinkedIn to apply for this job and tells in a message why they are interested in the position. These applicants would go straight to the interview stage.
— Performs other duties as requested and takes an active part in processes’ development and improvement.
