Role impact

We are developing a secure data system used by high profile companies in FinTech. So, as a Support Engineer you will be the first person to respond on the requests of our Clients and handle the cases to a satisfactory resolution. Also, the work scope includes:

— Receive inbound requests through phone, web, email or other means;
— Analyze, repost and resolve customer issues;
— Track tickets until successfully resolved;
— Document all the requests and solutions;
— Work closely with the Customer Success and the Engineering team ensuring strong customer satisfaction;
— Escalate/elevate the requests to the next level when the case is complex;
— Be willing to work on the “on call” basis in afterhours.


— 1+ software development experience (java, python or other backend technology);
— Understanding of the HTTP protocol;
— Strong personal commitment to quality service;
— Solid software troubleshooting skills;
— Outstanding technical communication skills;
— Good verbal and written English;
— Time management skills.
