— 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, Communications, or HR Branding spheres.
— Have outstanding listening and communications skills, both written and oral.
— Be an expert writer in internal and employee communications that are engaging and informative. Have the proven ability to create content and craft key messages related to employee matters.
— Ability to use creative ideas to research, present and recommend employee experience proposals.
— Problem-solving mindset, striving to search for answers to your own questions, but aware of when to ask for help;
— Experience in employee satisfaction projects
— Internal branding experience will be a plus
— Be able to perform with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced startup environment
— Fluent English

— Create specific communications action plans, timelines, and defined deliverables that support the communication of internal messages helping VGS shape culture, drive engagement, and deliver results.
— Develop and prioritize employee experience and communication programs that meet company objectives, including those in the areas of employee engagement, enablement, and diversity, etc.
— Assist HR team with global experience team projects and initiatives.
— Assess individual and organizational training and development needs through surveys, interviewing employees, and consulting with people managers.
— Develop and maintain innovative processes and workflows that drive operational efficiency and excellence.
— Organize and coordinate internal company events including all-hands meetings, Innovation Day, knowledge sharing sessions, etc.
— Create internal documentation and communication — build and maintain our Confluence and other outlets for employee communications.

The main goal for this role is to design clear communications, drive engagement, align teams and individuals on strategies and tactics, and shape culture.
