— 3+ Years of experience in Billing operations in a complex billing environment
— Experience in managing integrations between Salesforce, billing systems

— Perform monthly billing of PAYG customers. Involves coordinating with Sales, Finance (RevOps), and Customer Success to follow up on customers’ business type changes, upsells, etc.
— Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to execute a billing model for new product SKUs. These include the development of processes and procedures, as well as determining how the new product SKUs will be measured, managed in the systems, and billed.
— Manage usage based billing plans; collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure accurate usage based billing at all times. Provide a timely and consistent feedback loop with key insights on the pricing, tools, and process to Product Management.
— Perform market research and evaluate pricing plans against the market.
— Build projections for pricing changes by market segment to model impact on revenue.
— Regularly monitor data to identify gaps and work with key teams to resolve the issues.
— Coordinate with the Customer Success and Sales to follow-up on incorrect invoice information, customer issues or past due receivables in a timely manner.
— Improve, monitor, and enforce billing policies and procedures, and ensure they evolve appropriately as the organization continues to grow.
— Assist in reconciliations, A/R processes, and related month-end close activities.

As a Billing Operations Manager you will be responsible for billing our customers, implementing pricing plans, and managing SKUs. You will engage with our partners and work with the Customer Success, Sales, Product Engineering teams in assisting team members with problematic bills and questions regarding billing processes. Position duties include managing the daily workflow of the process: monitoring the activated, upsold accounts for quality assurance, monitoring customer usage and overages to identify trending issues and develop processes to address these issues.
