— At least 2-3 years of direct experience as an IT Operations Engineer or Help Desk specialist.
— Experience with cloud-native companies and tech stacks.
— Experience with endpoint security and management.
— Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow, etc)
— Able to succeed in a remote, globally-distributed work environment.
— Highly organized, and able to triage and prioritize numerous issues and projects.

— Empowering a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of IT Operations activities.
— Deploying and managing macOS based systems and policies with Jamf.
— Responding to help tickets (e.g., account lockouts, password resets, etc).
— User and device lifecycle management.
— Documenting and automating workflows and IT processes, such as employee onboarding and offboarding.
— Maintaining inventories, provisioning, and imaging company-managed user devices (e.g., laptops, etc).
