Technical Support Engineer

Необходимые навыки

— Foundation — Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Math or a total of at least 2 years of work experience in IT;
— Coding — experience with 1 or more programming language (Java, Python or similar);
— Communication — very clear and effective verbal and written communication of technical content;
— Self-Starter — the candidate does not wait for tasks to be assigned, but finds, communicates, reports, collaborates, and fixes on their own;
— Friendly — we enjoy talking with our customers to help improve our product and you should too;
— Passionate — all our employees enjoy solving problems and thrive on building effective solutions to interesting issues;
— Product — candidate understands that they are working on a product and consider the entire platform when designing solutions;
— Context — Deep understanding of the HTTP protocol and solid software troubleshooting skills;

Обязанности

— Engage with our customers ranging from Fintech startups to Fortune 100 clients;
— Triage customer issues, debug and find workarounds if possible;
— Create or update documentation based on customer interactions;
— Communicate via email and video conferencing with potential and current clients;
— Prepare and provide customer training, and make the training materials widely available;
— Submit and comment on bug reports and feature requests based on customer interactions;
— Engage with the development team to escalate bugs, solve problems, or obtain missing information;
— Maintain good ticket performance and satisfaction;
— Meet or exceed SLA times consistently;
— Reliably respond to on-call emergencies and participate in on-call support rotation.
