Одеса, віддалено

Very Big Things (VBT), an international award-winning digital product agency is looking for experienced Senior Product designers.

We have offices in the US (Florida, Ft. Lauderdale), Croatia (Zagreb), and Ukraine (Odesa). We are hiring for our Odesa (Ukraine) office.

What does a Product designer in VBT do?
A Product designer in VBT is someone who has experience in the full life-cycle of digital product design. That means that the person leads and contributes at all times, from concept to prototyping to execution. During that cycle, Product designers work hand-in-hand with our clients as design champions (either independently or as leaders of a small team), providing a myriad of different design solutions and possibilities, but also bringing the chosen ideas from concept to reality. They use their deep understanding of visual design, user experience, research, user interface, and branding to provide clean designs that adhere to VBT’s processes and standards.

Our main focus is building amazing web/mobile apps and platforms as well as VR experiences. Some of the incredible and challenging projects we’ve built that make a difference include:

~ helping a client with digital transformation by building a telehealth platform ~ enabling them to provide healthcare to thousands of users in the time of global health crisis

Product designer responsibilities the way we see them:
~ Championing digital design excellence — knowing and highlighting the difference between “good” and “great” design; helping other team members (design & otherwise) understand it too
~ Rapid conceptualization, design, and communication of ideas to help determine the project direction
~ Presenting design concepts/user research/market research to peers, managers, and clients as well as being able to communicate the rationale behind creative decisions
~ Analyzing business goals and requirements set by our clients; prioritizing work based on that information
~ Constructing information architecture, interaction models, customer flows, schematics, and visual designs
~ Contributing and participating in user research and being able to draw valid conclusions from results; providing creative solutions based on the drawn conclusions
