Junior SMM & Community Specialist

We are looking for a Junior SMM & Community Specialist to support our SMM team in daily content, social media, community, and paid advertising activities. This role is a great fit for an early-career digital marketing talent who is proactive, detail-oriented, fast-learning, and genuinely interested in social media, online communities, and the trading/fintech industry. You will work with international social media channels, primarily focused on Asian markets, and help the team create, publish, promote, and manage engaging content across different platforms.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in SMM or community management or completed SMM / digital marketing courses with practical assignments, portfolio, or project examples.
• English level B2 or higher is required.
• Strong interest in social media, digital trends, online communities, content creation and trading/finance.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage tasks according to deadlines.
• Ability to work with content: coordinate visual content production, prepare and maintain content plan, work with texts.
• Basic understanding of platform algorithms and how content performance works across different channels: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Support SMM Team with daily social media tasks.
• Help prepare and maintain content plans for different platforms.
• Coordinate content creation with designers and other team members.
• Assist with launching and monitoring targeted advertising campaigns.
• Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and follower growth.
• Support community engagement through comments, discussions, and moderation.
• Keep social media materials and reports organized and up to date.
