We’re looking for a Lead Platform Engineer with proven RGS experience to take full ownership of platform infrastructure, ensure operational reliability, and drive engineering excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own & architect infrastructure: Design, implement, and manage a scalable, secure, and highly available platform on AWS.
• Lead CI/CD & automation: Build, optimize, and maintain fully automated pipelines for backend services, game servers, and platform tooling.
• Drive platform reliability: Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions; lead incident response and minimize downtime.
• Optimize cloud performance & costs: Continuously improve performance while controlling cloud spend.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to streamline deployments, enhance developer productivity, and support feature delivery.
• Mentor & guide teams: Define technical standards, establish best practices, and coach engineers to achieve excellence.
• Shape platform strategy: Influence architectural decisions and contribute to long-term roadmap planning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading platform, DevOps, or infrastructure teams in high-scale tech environments (iGaming, fintech, or high-load systems).
• Hands-on RGS experience is mandatory.
• Deep expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, K8s) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins) and monitoring/observability stacks (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent English (C1+) and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with game server deployment or backend services for slots, casino, or betting platforms.
• Familiarity with zero-downtime deployments, canary releases, multi-region AWS architecture.
• AWS or security certifications.
