We are looking for a CRM Team Lead to join a rapidly growing international company, where a friendly multicultural work environment with English speakers awaits. Additionally, there are significant opportunities for career growth within the holding group, providing a chance to gain experience in implementing various strategies for the Danish and European markets.

The CRM Team Lead is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with players, increase player loyalty, and drive revenue growth for the iGaming platform. This role involves utilizing data-driven insights, CRM automation tools, and personalized communication to enhance the overall player experience. CRM Team Lead will be required to manage the team currently consisting of a CRM Manager, designer, Copywriter & Content Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Player Segmentation and Analysis:
    • Analyze player data to identify segments and patterns in player behavior.
    • Develop targeted marketing strategies based on player segments to maximize engagement and retention.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, in-app notifications, etc.).
    • Create personalized and relevant messages to encourage player activity, deposits, and participation in promotions.
  • Retention Strategy:
    • Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce player churn and increase player lifetime value.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create loyalty programs, promotions, and incentives.
  • Communication and Content:
    • Develop compelling and relevant content for CRM campaigns.
    • Ensure consistent and effective communication with players through various channels.
  • Data-driven Decision Making:
    • Use data analytics to monitor the performance of CRM initiatives.
    • Make data-driven recommendations to improve the effectiveness of campaigns and overall player experience.
  • Customer Feedback and Support:
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Work closely with customer support teams to address player concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Technology and Tools:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and CRM technologies.
    • Implement and manage CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and other relevant technologies.
  • Compliance and Responsible Gaming:
    • Ensure CRM activities comply with relevant regulations and promote responsible gaming practices.
    • Collaborate with compliance teams to implement necessary measures.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CRM, preferably in the iGaming industry.
  • Proven experience in both sports betting and casino CRM is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Understanding regulated markets is an asset.
  • Proficiency in English is an asset.
