We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in a product or software development environment
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and design systems
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining a design system (e.g., Storybook or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience producing clickable, interactive prototypes — not just static wireframes
• Strong interaction design skills: responsive patterns, intuitive flows, and state handling
• Working knowledge of front-end development constraints (Familiarity with React + Material UI component library)
• Ability to lead design documentation: specs, style guides, handoff assets
• Experience working directly with developers and product owners in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken) — communication with client and stakeholders is part of the role
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of design deliverables

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Active use of AI-assisted design tooling (Figma AI or similar)
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+)
• Background in design QA — validating that implemented UI matches design intent
• Familiarity with gap analysis techniques between design and implemented produc

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Deliver clickable prototypes for every feature before development begins (AI-generated where practical, always interactive)
• Own and evolve the team’s design system; ensure it is properly adopted by developers
• Actively participate in Refinement (grooming) sessions
• Translate business and product requirements into designs that reflect commercial implications for end users — not just technical feasibility
• Maintain a fast feedback loop with developers: review implementations, flag deviations early
• Collaborate with the BA and Tech Lead on solution verification and gap analysis using AI-powered approaches
• Proactively adopt and advocate AI design tooling within the team workflow
• Communicate design rationale clearly to both technical team members and client-side stakeholders
