Sustainable Rental Solution is a platform designed to encourage sustainable living by monitoring and optimizing resource usage—such as electricity, water, gas, and waste—in rental properties. It combines a user-friendly mobile app that rewards tenants for reducing consumption through gamification with a robust administrative dashboard that provides actionable data insights. This integrated approach helps drive environmentally conscious behaviors and reduces overall carbon footprints.

Technology stack & Development tools: React Native, React, Node.js, TypeScript, Firebase, Navigation, I18n, Zustand, Tailwind CSS, NestJs, PostgreSQL, TypeORM, MikroORM,Google Cloud.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

• Over 4 years of hands-on experience in React development and 2 years of React Native development
• 7+ years in front-end development after graduating from university.
• 3+ years of solid experience with React Native and TypeScript.
• 3+ years of solid experience with Node.js.
• Strong understanding of modern front-end design patterns and principles.
• Strong understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of NestJs, TypeORM, MokroORM, Sequelize, and other backend technologies is a plus.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Develop a React Native mobile application, and React Web Admin application
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Help maintain code quality and automation processes.
