IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Project Planning: Develop and oversee project plans, and timelines.
• Task Management: Break down tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to maintain project efficiency.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and maintain transparency.
• Team Leadership: Guide and support the team to ensure productivity.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards.
• Change Management: Manage scope changes and adjust plans as needed.
• Documentation and Reporting: Keep thorough records and report on progress.
• Budget Management: revenue, GM, SWOT analyzes

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

• Over 3 years of experience in project management (Scrum Master) within the software development field;
• Strong knowledge of SDLC;
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid frameworks;
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data to drive decisions, streamline processes, and resolve business challenges;
• Skilled in using project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps;
• Excellent communication skills, adept at managing relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, effectively balancing priorities and requirements;
• Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, enhancing performance and engagement through process improvements and mentoring;
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
