Vector Software is an experienced IT outsourcing company offering premium custom offshore development services. Due to the high-quality services provided, our company has gained global recognition. Therefore, Vector Software is looking for a skilled Project Manager who will help us in coordinating new projects.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

• 2+ years of experience working as PC or PM in IT outsourcing companies
• Profound understanding of the software development life cycle
• Strong understanding of Agile software development processes
• Technical background (previous work experience as QA or Developer)
• Proven ability to design a good solution to a business problem
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to create and manage project plans, timetables, client status reports as well as external and internal documentation
• Upper-intermediate English (both written and spoken)

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Provide full-cycle project management from business idea to successful delivery
• Report of project status, issues, tasks, conflicts and risks on a periodical basis to all stakeholders
• Facilitate communication of all involved parties
• Estimating the resources and efforts for projects/phases
• Ensure quality of the process and deliverables: development process optimization
• Guarantee successful time management
• Control tasks and overall workflow of the team
• Coordinate the work of team members
