International experienced IT outsourcing company — Vector Software is looking for a creative and experienced Middle IT Recruiter. WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Communicating with managers, clarifying requirements and duties for the openings
• Creating job descriptions, post and promote vacancies
• Active search for candidates by using different sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, Stackoverflow, Github, Google X-ray, job portals, etc.) and building a pipeline
• Reviewing resumes for requirements and pre-screening of candidates via Skype/ phone
• Organizing technical and conducting HR interviews;
• Preparing and negotiating offers with Hiring Managers and candidates
• Supporting and communicating with the candidates until the first day
• Providing statistical and analytical information about the recruitment process
• Participating in other HR activities.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• 3+ years of experience in Recruiter position in software development companies
• Understanding of full recruitment life cycle
• Have relevant experience with the European business market (preferably Poland)
• Understanding of outsourcing software development specifics
• English verbal and written communication skills an absolute must, intermediate strong level
• Ability to use a wide variety of tools to recruit talent
• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work effectively individually and within a team environment
• Ability to cultivate and build relationships
• Excellent organization, follow-up, and time management skills
