Bachelor or Masters Degree (in HR, Journalism, would be a plus)
Intermediate level of English
1 year of experience on similar position
1 year of experience in Marketing (would be a plus)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Event organization experience would be a plus

We are looking for a person who will take care of creating a positive image (HR brand) of Vector Software inside and outside of the company as well as attentively administer all employee related information.

In other words, a person in this position will be responsible for two major areas:

HR Data Administration
Tracking data, employee personnel records and keeping it up to date
Maintaining and updating internal files, policies and reports
Maintaining and administering internal CRM system
Benefits tracking and reporting
Receiving and responding to HR related requests providing support if needed
Supporting the team on any HR-related issues

HR Marketing
Corporate events organization (happy hours, team buildings, celebrations, etc)
Internal communications (newsletters, internal portal administration, etc.)
Social media content management
Branded materials ordering
Cooperation with Universities
Conference participation organization
Improving HR Marketing strategy and its implementation
