We are VBET, a young and ambitious entertainment brand with an international presence, which proceeds with expansion around the world. The Local Marketing Team is responsible for establishing the brand, fitting customer communication and boosting business in Ukraine.
And right now we are looking for a Head of Digital who will hold the overall responsibility for the VBET Ukraine’s digital presence, manage the annual digital marketing plan and metrics analysis, and work closely with regional and global marketing teams.
Our main expectations are:
- 2+ years of experience with digital marketing and advertising execution;
- Demonstrated B2C direct experience with SEM, analytics and reporting tools;
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and industry best practices and ability to implement across programs;
- Proven communication skills, including the ability to write original ad copy and provide directive on creative assets;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment;
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail;
- Demonstrated knowledge in social media platforms, as well as with SEM, SEO, media buying, affiliate marketing;
- Ability to work with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, Similarweb, Heepsy, Ads Managers, Google Ads, Programmatic platforms, etc. (certifications is a plus).

So what are the tasks for our Head of Digital :
- Developing digital marketing strategy by studying industry trends indicators, identifying customer profiles and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition with a constant benchmarking analysis;
- Planning and monitoring all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns;
- Designing, building, and following up on our social media presence across different markets;
- Working closely with regional marketing teams in order to develop strategy for all the available channels;
- Finding new channels of advertising and develops possible cooperations with influencers, streamers and digital agencies, evaluates offers for regions;
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs);
- Proposing and following up on digital acquisition and brand awareness campaigns through digital platforms for different markets;
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing;
- Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
- Completing digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results;
- Maintaining digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees;
- Maintaining digital marketing staff job results by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
