Requirements:
— 2+ years of Human Resources experience
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills
— Fluent in English (speak, read)
— Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
— Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
— Analytical and problem-solving skills
— Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in local country
— Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
— Be able to recognize and escalate any employee issues to the Head of HR or local manager in a timely fashion
— Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Will be a plus:
— Knowledgeable in Q12 and Gallup StrengthsFinder

Responsibilities:
— Manage the process of the employee lifecycle: facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and adaptation.
— Work closely with Head of HR to ensure in country HR products, policies and processes are consistent with CU Collaborates’ were legally applicable. Such processes include but are not limited to performance appraisal process, on-boarding, off-boarding, talent management and progressive discipline policy etc.
— HR Administration: Ensure all personnel file information is up to date and complies with local country employment laws, including but not limited to employment contracts. Ensure all policies, NDAs, and other HR-related documents are signed according to the country region
— Work with Employer of Record (HRIS/ Payroll) vendor to ensure that HRIS records are accurate and up to date
— Compensation and benefits: Administer and oversee the range of employee benefits that are mandated according to the local country. Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements
— HR analytics: provide HR reports as requested and keep tracking all HR data
— Work closely with local managers and conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings, identifying and anticipating conflicts, resolving difficult situations, and maintaining an overall positive culture within the team
— Organize various events (online, offline if needed), workshops, team buildings etc.
— Performs other duties as assigned
— General working hours are flexible, employee should be available for US calls as needed and be able to meet the needs of local employees (no later than 8pm)
— Facilitate team meetings as needed
