— 2+ years of proven work experience as a Business Development Manager in IT
— Experience selling IT outsourcing services to customers in Western Europe and/or the US
— Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, emails)
— Advanced English verbal and written skills
— Experience in working with CRM (HubSpot)
— Strong user in Microsoft Office
— A great communication skills
— Ability to work independently and as team member
— Ability to deliver engaging presentations

— Full selling cycle from the researching potential leads/ first contact and up to signed contract
— Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market: Western Europe & North America
— Creation and support of client base
— Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc
— Contact potential clients through cold calls, email and social media
— Present our company to potential clients
— Identify client needs and offering solutions and suppor
— Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
— Building long-term relationships with potential partners
— Maintaining short and long-term business development plans
— Cooperation with PR/Marketing Department
— Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
— Report to the Sales Team Leader regarding (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
— May require 25% travel to Western Europe
