— You must have 2+ year of experience in Business Analysis, having worked on browser-based web application projects
— Strong English (Advanced) verbal and written communication skills.
— Ability to quickly acquire knowledge and skill to facilitate the development of business/system improvement recommendations by utilizing current development tools, to include testing.
— Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions.
— Ability to effectively work with all levels of employees as well as outside customers and vendors.
— Knowledge of flow charts and of programming logic and codes.
— Experience in project management, SDLC, RUP, Scrum, ITIL and application solution development and deployment

— Analyzes, maintains, and makes improvements to the business and system processes.
— Assists department users in understanding software requirements by creating diagrams and supporting documentation as needed.
— Effectively interacts with all levels of employees as well as outside customers and vendors.
— Identify and articulate the need for requirements change and assessing the impact of the change
— Establish meaningful traceability between related requirements
— Utilize analysis skills to transform a concept or problem into an actionable request; define project need/ scope, benefits, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), constraints or dependencies, stakeholder assessment
— Assist the Project Manager to create the project tasks, Jira tickets, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based on the high-level requirements and establish prioritization with team
— Documenting Requirements and Business Rules — Document and transfer knowledge, providing clarity/suggestions to the Technology team during the development stage of a project to meet the client’s business needs
— Communicate and collaborate with several stakeholders to ensure that needs have been well understood, identified and requirements are accurately met by the proposed system design
