Prosvita is an innovative education technology project on a mission to reshape education by integrating engaging, game-like learning experiences into schools. We are looking for a talented PHP Developer to help build and improve our e-learning platform. In this role, you’ll work on exciting projects that enhance the learning experience.

Our ideal candidate:

• 3+ years of commercial development experience using PHP 7/8
• 3+ years of practical experience working with MySQL/PostgreSQL (the ability to build queries of varying complexity is a must
• Understanding of OOP
• Knowledge of design patterns, with practical experience in implementing them
• High debugging skills not only echo and die
• Know and love unit testing
• English: intermediate + (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• A working knowledge of the SQL Server
• Experience with ReactJS
• Experience working in a continuous integration environment

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using PHP and related web technologies
• Collaborate with teams to develop and implement new features
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in existing applications
• Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
