Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer/Researcher to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent by sourcing candidates through various channels, building talent pipelines, and collaborating closely with recruiters to meet hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract, and engage passive candidates through various sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to understand talent availability and industry trends.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Screen candidates to assess initial qualifications before passing them to the recruiter.
- Stay up-to-date on sourcing tools, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Researcher, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using ATS, CRM systems, and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve.
