We’re Hiring a Project Manager:

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead IT projects across various industries. In this role, you will drive innovation, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain high-quality standards while exceeding stakeholder expectations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate IT projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Monitor team performance and refine metrics for continuous improvement
• Facilitate meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to boost team collaboration
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met
• Adhere to best practices and methodologies in project management
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum
• C1 level English (fluent)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
• Technical background with a solid understanding of IT stacks and technologies
• Experience building development processes and communicating effectively with clients
• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with CI/CD and TDD principles
• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
