What You’ll Do:

About you:

• 3+ years of experience managing IT projects.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development life cycles.
• Fluent English (C1+) — clear and effective communication is key.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with sharp attention to detail.
• Technical acumen — you understand IT stacks, development processes, and modern technologies.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools.
• A proactive mindset — you anticipate challenges and find solutions before they become problems.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Previous experience in software development or engineering.
