IT Recruiter

Important: We’re specifically looking for someone with solid English skills and readiness to collaborate with international markets, including Latin America.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Source potential candidates using a variety of channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.
• Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers
• Negotiate job offers and close the recruitment process with selected candidates.
• Communicate with candidates and teams across different time zones: occasional schedule adjustments may be required to coordinate with the LATAM market.

What We Need:

• 4+ years in IT recruiting
• Experience hiring candidates internationally
• Familiarity with popular recruiting tools
• Fluent English
• A knack for evaluating candidates
