Important: We’re specifically looking for someone with solid English skills and readiness to collaborate with international markets, including Latin America.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Source potential candidates using a variety of channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers
- Negotiate job offers and close the recruitment process with selected candidates.
- Communicate with candidates and teams across different time zones: occasional schedule adjustments may be required to coordinate with the LATAM market.
What We Need:
- 4+ years in IT recruiting
- Experience hiring candidates internationally
- Familiarity with popular recruiting tools
- Fluent English
- A knack for evaluating candidates
