In our team of professionals, we are looking for you, the talented and proactive Project Manager, in order to implement socially significant projects together.

Necessary skills:

— 2+ years of experience in a Project Manager role, specifically in IT projects.
— Fluent in agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum.
— English level B2.
— Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
— Technical background and basic knowledge of IT stacks and technologies.
— Experience in building the development process and effectively communicating with clients.
— Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and others.
— Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
— Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
— Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Expected results:

— Manage and coordinate IT projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
— Defining and refining metrics to understand team performance.
— Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
— Facilitate meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team collaboration and continuous improvement.
— Create and maintain project documentation.
— Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any issues that arise.
— Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
— Establish and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
— Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
— Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders.
