Delivery Manager (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for an organized, team-oriented Delivery Manager with a strong desire to empower project managers, improve delivery processes, and build data-driven processes who will play a crucial role in delivering business solutions for a variety of projects our company

Requirements:

• Manage the process of customer satisfaction evaluation and work on improvement of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and integration teams to ensure delivery is smooth and customer-centric
• Work closely with Project Managers and other leaders to deliver initiatives and products utilizing lean and agile project management methods
• In cooperation with PM create, support, and monitor project release plans
• Analyze, monitor, and report project metrics
• Ensure software is delivered on schedule and with the expected level of quality
• Ensure accurate project reporting, ensuring key performance indicators correspondence to success values
• PM Onboarding into accounts
• Risk management support and risks escalation
• Develop project delivery standards. Ensure delivery standards and best practices are respected
• Manage to resolve project delivery incidents.

Will be a plus:

• Project Management certification
• Technical background.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Agile Delivery / Project Management experience and strong commercial understanding, ideally within IT Outsourcing industry, minimum 5 years
• Good understanding and practical experience with Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile practices
• Ability to perform project manager’s activities during Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closing phases
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of SDLC
• Ability to make important decisions under pressure
• Experience in managing multiple agile teams in projects
• Problem-solving attitude using systems-thinking approaches
• Ability to delegate effectively
• Strong service/client-oriented attitude, focus on an outcome
• Time management and people management skills
• Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English
