Requirements aka what you’re be working with:
• 3+ years developing server-side interfaces
• Java 8 or higher experience with multi-threaded, concurrent application
• Understanding of Java threads, thread pools, and executors
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (preferably Oracle, with the understanding of dictionary views and application-level performance tuning)
• XML and/or JSON parsing in Java
• 1+ years in utilizing JDBC or Object-relational mapping Java technologies
• Demonstrated experience in interfaces using web services, file transfer and/or message queuing
• Demonstrated experience with JUnit testing
• Diagnostic/Troubleshooting capabilities
• Proficient in documenting code using JavaDoc
• Proficient in Git/Gitlab with either command line or GUI extensions to create feature branches for deployment
• 1+ years of using Maven (consideration for other build tools such as Gradle)
• Linux experience (comfortable with vi, vim, emacs or similar)
• Ability to work efficiently with business users and/or business analysts to solidify requirements
• Shell scripting (bash, sh, etc.)
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

The main goals of the project are: track violations on the highways and roads in the USA, format payments, and verify the validity of violations.
