We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and help manage and execute various HR processes and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR best practices, compliance, and employee engagement, ensuring a positive workplace culture while supporting both employee and company growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for employees on HR-related queries, promoting a positive and productive working environment.
- Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee smooth onboarding for new employees and ensure proper procedures are followed during employee exits.
- Performance Management: Support performance review processes, provide guidance on performance improvement plans, and help drive a feedback culture.
- HR Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with local labor laws and company standards, and keep up-to-date with any legal or regulatory changes.
- Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs and assist in salary reviews, ensuring fair and equitable compensation practices.
- Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and professional development opportunities for employees.
- HR Analytics: Maintain accurate HR records and assist with reporting on HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and engagement.
- Employee Engagement: Organize and support initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that foster a productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role (minimum of 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee relations).
- Excellent understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in start-ups will be a plus.
