The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Power BI Analyst for the Global Delivery Analytics unit. You will join our network of more than 5500 consultants in 22 countries. Numerous new and ongoing projects ranging from enterprise content solutions, mobile apps, and data services to experience-driven enterprise e-commerce, user experience, and marketing. Global opportunities to work with different industry verticals: retail & luxury, financial, healthcare, travel & hospitality, automotive, media & entertainment.

The ideal candidate’s skills include:
/ Minimum 5 years of experience as an Analyst of BI role/BI analyst
/ Expert user of PowerBI
/ Expert in PowerBI Dashboards and Apps
/ Experience developing complex data structures and quarries in Power BI (good knowledge of DAX)
/ Ability to collaborate with an executive stakeholders
/ Upper-Intermediate English level
/ Accountability, strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
/ Strong desire to learn more about business every day
The Role
You will be collaborating with a team consisting of consultants with different competencies in different locations. Your everyday will consist of:
/ Familiarizing yourself with the customers’ business and problems, talking to both commercial and data-savvy customers and giving them sparring on how the challenges are solved through IT and BI
/ Design and implementation of solutions in Power BI
/ Design and implement cloud solutions primarily in the Microsoft Azure data suite (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Functions). Experience with other cloud services (AWS/Google/Snowflake) is a plus
/ Concrete technical implementation experience of data warehouse solutions and architecture
/ Take responsibility for customer dialogue and execution on own projects
/ Design, Develop and Deploy business intelligence solutions after performing deep data analysis
/ Data Mining, Importing and Transforming data from various sources like SQL Servers
/ Work on data models, machine learning models and data relationship management for better insights
/ Chart creation and data documentation explaining data models, relations and algorithms
/ Identify KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) with clear objectives and continuous monitoring
/ Create custom charts, custom calculations and use of filters & graphs for better understanding
/ Create reports, visualizations and dashboards for interactive representation with important factors of overall growth
/ Create timelines for growth trends and expected outcomes
/ Work with other team members for business suggestions and improvement
As a consultant, you are expected to develop expertise both in technology and in communicating complex concepts and rationale to non-techies. We’ll encourage and support this with frequent opportunities to share ideas internally. We also have consultants frequently deliver at regional, national and global conferences.
