The opportunity

We are looking for highly motivated people to complete our Business Analyst team and start working with the greatest clients you might ever see. It is all about eCommerce on a global level, either B2C or B2B projects. You will be part of one of our international teams.

The Role

As a Busines Analyst you will:
— work in close cooperation with all stakeholders and development teams;
— plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation;
— customer business process and initial documentation analysis;
— conduct meetings, presentations, and demos;
— participate in backlog grooming, defining and approving upcoming release scope; Prioritize features, work on the roadmap;
— manage change requests;
— support the development team in clarifications of requirements;
— perform acceptance testing and validation, request data patches if necessary;
— create various artifacts, such as SRSs, minimal schema and configuration requirements, presentations, user guides, introduction materials, and release notes.
The BA must have experience in delivering web-based solutions of varying complexity, and must deeply understand the nuances of complex technical, user experience-driven web projects within an iterative context. The BA must have a knowledge of data and content modeling.
We expect you to showcase the BA deliverables you produced at your previous projects.
