— 0,5 years of experience in similar roles OR you successfully passed IT sourcing courses;
— you’ve got hands-on experience with sourcing technics;
— you know how to write outstanding pitches and attract candidates (both active, passive);
— you have experience working with ATS;
— you have great communication skills;
— your English is on a strong Intermediate level;
— creative mindset, thinking outside the box.
As a Talent Sourcer You will:
— work closely day by day with Talent Acquisition Consultants;
— identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (Boolean search,
— generate a pipeline of candidates;
— write pitches & doing first outreaches to candidates;
— doing pre-check;
— work with ATS (maintain and sourcing inside the ATS);
— preparing reporting;
— participate in HR branding efforts to position Valtech as the employer of choice, support for internal events.
