The Ideal Candidate
— 2+ years of working experience in Project Management or Delivery Management in a software development environment or similar;
— working experience in Delivery process development/implementation/improvement;
— strong knowledge of project management frameworks and agile methodologies;
— must demonstrate proactivity, hardworking, disciplined character, be able to accept constructive criticism, able to motivate project teams, build consensus, adhere to work policies and procedures;
— strong verbal & written communication skills, analytical and interpersonal communication skills;
— exceptional organizational and work structuring skills;
— must be able to gather, coordinate & document project requirements & specifications;
— must be able to allocate work within and between multi-national project teams based on tasks nature and complexity;
— must be able to play consultant role and present ideas/solution to internal customers and with the team;
— exceptional customer service orientation and related skills;
— technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure, Delivery tools and process (Project management tools like Mavenlink, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, MS Project, OpenAir etc);
— English — Upper-Intermediate or higher level;
— readiness to work with a shift in the schedule due to close collaboration with stakeholders from the US (e.g. 11:00 to 20:00 Kyiv time).

The Role
— lead and drive multinational projects;
— manage scope, budgets, timeline of international projects;
— manage internal client communications for multiple large-scale development efforts;
— manage project documentation & maintain related knowledge base;
— assign work tasks, manage workload and properly allocate work efforts between project team members;
— motivate project team members, encourage and support productive work performance, facilitate team collaboration;
— anticipate client needs & expectation, investigate and propose alternative technical and business process solutions;
— perform risk management and assessment;
— consistently deliver high-quality customer service;
— conduct performance evaluation of project team members, provide employee performance feedback to department heads; provide input for employee career development planning;
— regular reporting and internal billing process management.
