At least one year of experience as Office Manager;
Be a pro-people person, to ensure that your coworker’s requests are dealt with in a professional manner;
Upbeat and high energy personality;
Must be a proficient user of all Microsoft Office products;
Stress-resistant is a must;
Strong communication skills (preferably good knowledge of English)
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Upkeep of office equipment and maintaining a safe and secure working environment;
Act as the first point of contact for all employees at Valor Software, fielding and responding to queries and dealing with day-to-day requests;
Ensure groceries, stationery and office supplies are in stock and ordered in advance for meetings;
Build strong relationships with external suppliers and monitor delivery of agreed service levels and value for money;
Taking care of three beautiful cats;
Handle office security issues;
Be on hand to support the Event Manager;
Coordinate English lessons in the office;
