Main responsibilities:
● Sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, etc.
● Submit the resume of candidate and accompany the candidate at all stages of the selection
● Communication with the candidates, skills evaluation
● Motivate candidates, conduct interviews and initial selection
Requirements:
● 1+ years of successful recruiting experience in IT
● Intermediate English level
● Positive and open-minded style of communication
● Understanding of full recruiting lifecycle
● Elevated self-awareness and aptitude to develop new skills
