Office Manager/ HR Assistant (вакансия неактивна)

Requirements:
• Previous office management experience
• Higher education or incomplete higher education
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken (intermediate and higher)
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Result orientation, personal effectiveness and flexibility
• Desire for further development in HR area

Will be a plus
• Experience in IT sphere

Responsibilities:
• General office management including office supply with products and household goods, ordering stationary, maintaining first aid kit etc.
• Assisting with benefit administration and liaising with suppliers (goods and coffee delivery, food-box, office massage, gym etc.)
• Managing office facilities and provide administrative support as needed (e.g. maintaining office inventory, address repair services etc.)
• Helping with events planning and organization (team buildings, corporate events), ordering corporate souvenirs and presents
• Supporting business trips organization
• Assisting HR Manager as needed
