• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment (technical and non-technical positions)
• Knowledge and success in executing a full-cycle recruiting process
• Excellent sourcing/research skills with the ability to dive deep into search for hard-to-fill positions
• Understanding of IT market and basic knowledge of technologies/tools/approaches
• Understanding of SDLC
• Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, team player
• High personal effectiveness and time management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken (intermediate and higher)
• Experience with Recruitment ATS
• Experience in building recruitment team will be a plus

• Leading the full recruitment process including sourcing strategy, interviews, reference check and job offers extension
• Active sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates) and generate pipelines for each position
• Working with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
• Conducting HR interviews and maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information using ATS
• Providing timely feedback on interview results to candidate
• Maintaining and analyzing recruitment statistics
