Role Description

This is a remote full-time job opportunity for a Lead Generation Manager who can provide high-quality leads. The role involves establishing connections and building good relationships with customers, someone who enjoys routine work, and is willing to adapt their lead generation methods and strategies as needed. The ideal candidate should work in a coordinated and synchronized manner with the Sales Manager to ensure that leads are effectively transferred and closed successfully. To be open to continuous learning and self-development in the field of lead generation and marketing. A genuine desire to earn more and close more deals.

Qualifications

• ~ 1 year of relevant professional experience in IT recruitment agency or IT sales;
• Practical experience in lead generation on UpWork, LinkedIn, MS Excel and CRM;
• Business English language skills, spoken and written (B2+);
• You are responsible enough to always get your job done;
• Enjoys a start-up environment and can work on their initiative without heavy supervision and constant task reminders;
• Is not afraid of interesting challenges can receive feedback well and is stress resilient;
• Self-motivated and focused on driving results.
