Work and Inclusion at VITech. During my 3-years working experience at software engineer position — VITech had build and provided a house for single parents (mainly for single mothers). Also company is involved in helping orphans. It is fully responds with my concept of a world, so it makes me more happy and I can feel real inclusion. HR team works really cool that allows you to work with a huge amount of brilliant colleagues. Every single person in a company is a great expert in their knowledge area with good soft skills. A lot of opportunities for newcomers — internship program allows you in short term became a part of team. No cons that could be mentioned.
