Requirements:

— 6 months of recruiting experience
— Personal laptop or PC (we will provide you with the corporate laptop after 6 months of work)
— Fluent English
— Good MS Office skills Outlook, Word and Excel

— Availability to work one of the following fixed schedules of your choice (Kyiv time) Monday through Friday:
From 3 pm till midnight (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)
From 4 pm till 1 am (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)
From 5 pm till 2 am (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)

Responsibilities:

— Recruit top talent for various job openings in IT, engineering, manufacturing, finance, marketing, etc.
— Conduct screening phone calls with qualified candidates preselected for you by a team of sourcers
— Assist in arranging interviews for qualified candidates with our clients
— Cooperate with the team of Account Managers based in the US on selecting the best qualified candidates for our clients’ job openings.
