— Develop a Watchlist: a list of topics, companies, organisations, people, etc that we believe are infotaining (news/entertaining);
— Follow and listen for news related to UX, AI, Conversational Design;
— When watchlist news is spotted, vet for freshness/timeliness;
— Suggest qualified news and articles to the team;
— Develop author’s community;
— Create and analyse content drafts for social media;
— Publish content;
— Distribute content.
