We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive 🔎 Lead Generation Manager 🔍 to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies for IT products and services.
- Utilize automation tools to efficiently search for and verify potential leads.
- Analyze market trends to identify target audiences for successful lead generation.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize client acquisition processes.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns using analytical tools.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in lead generation within the IT sector.
- Automation Skills: Proficiency with lead generation automation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter).
- Tools: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and derive insights for process improvement.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with internal teams.
- English Proficiency: B2 level or higher.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion optimization.
- Experience with automated marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo).
- Understanding of modern digital marketing strategies.
