You know how to take a content brief from concept to publish, manage a calendar, and use performance data to make smarter decisions next month. You care about the details: the right hook, the on-brand caption, and the asset that actually stops the scroll.

Join UST as a Social Media Specialist and play a critical role in scaling our brand voice across key global markets. You’ll report to the Head of Social and collaborate closely with a globally distributed remote team. Some projects will require schedule overlap with U.S. or APAC time zones.

What you’ll do:
● Own the development and execution of organic social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Threads, with a priority focus on EU and APAC markets — managing the full content lifecycle from brief to publish-ready assets
● Lead post-level execution including copywriting, creative briefing, asset coordination, and channel optimization, consistently delivering on-brand, high-quality work independently
● Build and maintain social media editorial calendars and project workspaces, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and on-time delivery across time zones
● Track and analyze content and campaign performance, translating insights into clear optimization recommendations
● Manage community engagement tasks — monitoring inbound interactions, responding where appropriate, and documenting instances for reporting
● Help maintain and evolve social media playbooks, workflows, and process documentation
● Partner with paid social teams by providing copy input, creative feedback, and performance observations

Qualifications Industry-specific skills:
● 7+ years of experience in social media, with direct ownership of brand channel management and content creation
● Proven experience creating and managing B2B social media content that drives measurable engagement and brand awareness
● Experience supporting global or regional social media programs within enterprise or large-scale organizations, ideally with EU and/or APAC market exposure
● Strong understanding of how platforms serve distinct audiences and objectives across regions and content types Technical & functional skills
● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
● B2B social media copywriting skills, with a strong grasp of tone, clarity, and brand voice
● Experience with content planning, editorial calendars, and end-to-end campaign execution ● Understanding of social performance metrics and experience using data to inform content optimization
● Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously

● Proficiency with social publishing, scheduling, and analytics tools
● Ability to create clear, actionable creative and video briefs
● Have experience with tools such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, or similar platforms Soft skills
● Ability to work independently with strong ownership of projects
● Attention to detail and commitment to quality in a fast-paced environment
● Proactive communication across global teams and time zones
● Highly organized and solutions-oriented, with a track record of owning work from brief to delivery
